Injection Molding Services, prototype to production

At Jet Mold Products, we turn CAD into reliable parts with a process that is predictable, documented, and tuned to your schedule. From design for manufacturability to validated molding and finishing, our team focuses on cycle time, cosmetic quality, and dimensional accuracy so your program moves from T1 samples to steady production without surprises.

What you get

  • Design for manufacturability review, wall thickness, ribs, draft, gates
  • Tooling options, prototype, bridge, and production molds with clear maintenance plans
  • Validated press setups with recorded parameters and first article inspection
  • Finishing and secondary operations, inserts, ultrasonic welding, printing, labeling
  • Packaging, kitting, and fulfillment, ship direct to your customers if needed

How the process works

  • Quote and DFM review, send CAD, drawings, material target, volumes, timeline
  • Tooling build and trials, T0 checks, T1 parts, dimension and cosmetics feedback
  • Process validation, establish cycle time, hold pressure, temperatures, and inspection points
  • Production and fulfillment, stable runs, clear C of C where required, packaged to your spec

Materials we run

ABS for durable housings, polycarbonate for clarity and impact, nylon for heat and strength, polypropylene for medical and food contact. Additives include glass fiber for stiffness, UV packages for outdoor life, flame retardant ratings, and FDA compliant grades. We help you balance properties, cost, and appearance for the environment your part will see.

Quality and inspection

We define tolerances that match the part function, not guesswork. First article inspection confirms critical dimensions, cosmetic standards define flow lines and knit expectations, and routine checks keep results consistent. When needed, we provide CMM reports, gauge checks, and lot traceability.

Secondary operations and fulfillment

Threaded inserts and tapping, ultrasonic welding, pad printing and labeling, light assembly and kitting. Pack to your receiving workflow, barcode if required, and ship to one or many locations nationwide.
